Returns & Exchanges Policy
DUE TO COVID WE CURRENTLY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS OR EXCHANGES UNLESS THE ITEM YOU PURCHASED IS DEFECTIVE
Our customers are our number one priority. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com and let us know. We will gladly accept returns on items in their original condition, in the original packing within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund, less shipping and a 20% restocking fee. All merchandise that is returned must be in the original condition, in the original packaging when it was purchased and cannot have been worn, washed or altered in any way. All items that are marked final sale are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are received 30 days after the post marked delivery date or if we determine that the merchandise does not qualify for a return. Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment or as a store credit.
You will be responsible for return postage.
All returns will be processed within 3-5 business days (not including holidays) after they have been received.

Use a known carrier such as USPS, UPS or Fedex with a tracking number to ensure your package is not lost. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Please send return items with the original order/return slip. If your order/return slip is lost, please print out your order confirmation email and include it with your return package.
Please keep the tracking information for your return package until the refund amount has been posted to your account.
We do not honor price adjustments.
The customer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you would like to exchange your item, please place a new order on-line to ensure we have it in stock. You will still need to go through our refund/return process from your original order. Your new order will be shipped to you in 1-3 business days and your refund will be processed once we receive your returned item(s).
FINAL SALE ITEMS
All clearance items are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
