U.S. SHIPPING
Our orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS. And although we try our best to ship every day, please allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed; not including weekends and holidays. You will receive an email when your order has shipped with a tracking number. If you choose an expedited means of shipping, this does not mean your order will ship the same day you placed the order. This means we can still ship your order within the 2-3 business days.
We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by weather or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays. If you have any issues with your order once it has left the warehouse, please contact the carrier first as they will be the most adept at locating your package.
If you believe the carrier has lost your package, please use this link USPS: http://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm to file a claim.
Please make sure when you are placing an order you have the correct shipping address. If your order is sent to an incorrect address and returned to us, we will issue a credit for the order minus a 20% restocking (return shipping fee) If you choose to have the order shipped again, you will be responsible for shipping fees. Please don’t forget to double check your orders.
CANCELLATIONS and MODIFICATIONS
We do not accept cancellations once your payment has been processed. We will attempt to modify orders as long as the order has not been packaged. Please contact us at help@bubbakinsusa.com if you need to modify an order.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the item and the ship to zip code. If you would like expedited shipping, please choose that option when checking out. EXPEDITED SHIPPING DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER WILL PROCESS BEFORE THE 2-3 DAYS.
