Sublimation sweatshirt blanks in soft polyester, sized from infant through adult. Made for sublimation, DTF, vinyl and embroidery.

Sweatshirt blanks behave differently from tees. The heavier fabric holds a design without the substrate showing through, and the 300 GSM French terry in our sweatshirt romper is the most stable thing we carry for embroidery.

Choosing Sublimation Sweatshirt Blanks

Sweatshirt blanks behave differently from tees, and two things decide the result:

- Fiber content: Sublimation dye bonds into polyester, so our sweatshirts are 100% polyester. The heavier fabric also hides the substrate better than a lightweight tee, which means fewer problems with show-through on large designs.

- Weight: A heavier fleece holds a design flat and resists the puckering you get when a thin fabric is pressed hard. The 300 GSM French terry in our sweatshirt bubble romper is the most stable piece we carry, and the best candidate for embroidery.

Blank Sweatshirts for Sublimation, Infant to Adult

Three styles cover the full size range. The kids sweatshirt runs 12-18M through youth, the adult sweatshirt runs S to 2X, and the sweatshirt bubble romper brings the same fabric to a one-piece for babies.

Colors across the sweatshirt range: Berry, Bubblegum, Buff, Cream, Grey Fleece, Riptide Blue, Sage Green and White. Lighter bases give the most vibrant sublimation results, since the ink is translucent and takes its brightness from the fabric underneath.
