Bubble romper blanks in soft polyester, made for sublimation, DTF, vinyl and embroidery. The bubble shape gives a roomy, gathered leg that sits well on crawlers and new walkers, and the polyester takes ink cleanly without the stiff hand you get from a coated blank.

Three styles, infant through toddler:

  • Baggy bubble romper — the original. Short sleeve, snap closure, the widest colour range we carry.
  • Flutter sleeve bubble romper — same body, soft flutter sleeve, suited to spring and summer designs.
  • Sweatshirt bubble romper — sweatshirt fleece in a one-piece, for cooler weather.

What Makes a Bubble Romper Blank Different

The bubble shape comes from gathered fullness through the body with elasticated leg openings, which gives the garment its rounded look and leaves room over a diaper. It sits well on crawlers and new walkers, where a straight-leg romper rides up.

For decorating, the thing to know is that the gathering sits low. Keep artwork on the flat chest and upper body panel, away from the snap closures and elastic, and the design presses clean.

- Sweatshirt bubble romper: 300 GSM French terry in a one-piece, heavier and the most stable of the three for embroidery
