Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.
Orders placed by 11:00 AM CST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CST ship the next business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. We reserve the right to take up to 2-3 business days to ship your order.
Orders over $75 ship free by ground within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses ship at carrier rates.
All order cancellations will incur a 10% cancellation fee, deducted from the refund amount of your order. We will attempt to modify orders as long as the order has not been packaged.
If your order is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a credit for the order minus the original shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee.
